dA avatars make me sadCan we all just agree that the size of avatars on dA is ridiculously small and they should be at least 100 px?
Back from OZComicCon BrisbaneThe con was slow and really tiring. I don't think the attendance was the 30k people the organisers told us would come, but this being the first time OZComicCon comes to Brisbane and it being around father's day... I guess it wasn't too bad.I got to hang with Ry-Spirit and some other peeps who I hadn't seen in a long time. Also got to play a bit of Smash Bros 3DS at the Nintendo booth so that's always a plus. 8) Thanks to all who came to the Bulbagarden table and said hi!

Make 2015 awesome!A new year started. So some words of inspiration for those that want to pursue art this year... Don't worry about your age. Do not get discouraged by those that are younger than you and better. Some people start art when they are 6 years old and are prodigy's at age 16, others make a rather late or slow start. It doesn't matter if you're 10 or 80 years old. You're never too old to learn something new, and you're never too old to do something you enjoy. Everybody has potential. Even the greatest masters in art started out as beginners. It just takes a lot of time and persistence. Don't be afraid to fail. Most masters have failed more times than any beginner even tried. We only see the best from other people, and compare it with our own average. For every amazing painting a good artist puts online, he probably made 100 failed sketches. Sketches you'll never see and you'll never know o

Using HTML on deviantARTHello!Hello and welcome to my little html tutorial. I've been working with html codes for a couple of years and I'm going to teach you what I know about using some basic html on deviantART. This won't make you a html expert or something and I'm not an expert myself but it will give just enough knowledge to make your journals, comments, news articles and other neat and lovely looking. deviantART actually has FAQs about html but I still wanted to do this because they look a bit unorganized, in my opinion. Also, why would you want to look for those FAQs when you can just open this news article where you have everything in one place? You may already know some of these, but I hope you'll find at least something helpful in this news article. Some basic htmlBold text: <b>insert text here</b> Result: Example textThis html code will work in: journal entries, group blogs, comments, artist's commen
